Medical team from Lombok Forgotten Children Endri Foundation / Yayasan Endri's checked people in Lombok as part of their Lombok Earthquake Medic Relief and some patients needed to use Nebulizers. We would like to say thank you very much Leon, Denise Gall and members of Helping Hands Across The Sands who previously donated 3 Nebulizers to The Bridge Indonesia. During our visit to EF Emergency Clinic in Batu Ampar, Sokong Village, North Lombok few weeks ago, we decided to hand out 1 Nebulizer to be used by the medic team as our hope that it can be useful for the people who need it. Now it becomes useful for the medic team under Endri Foundation as we can see from their documentations. Thank you very much to everyone involved 🙏

They also have bag products made from recycled material.

Donations are Urgently needed.
** PLEASE ACTUALLY READ **
This is not something we usually say.
www.thebridgeindonesia.org/donate

We focus on Medical check-ups, Children activities, & free Medicine, donations for which we are truly grateful. ⚕💊
But also on Connecting Communities,
Our surveys of remote northern camps are revealing to us a severe shortage and neglect.

We make detailed inspections of camps, based on spreadsheets provided by the regions, talk with camp leaders and talk directly to the moms and the elderly about what is needed.
📈
We are finding dozens of camps, pockets of lost people, who are in a system that is not prepared to deal effectively with their immediate daily survival needs.
🌩☔
Children and Elderly still** sleeping on concrete, no blankets and its rainy season, cold rains, damp days. Bathing in the river without soap and nor access to feminine pads.
Book supplies for a school where they know no one.
They are from the 3km zone, an area which, for all purposes, they will most likely never return to.

A simple mattress & blanket costs are 130k per person, $13 AU dollars -- one camp with 70 persons has 8 mats, not mattresses, just mats.
😴
No gas for cooking, all the wood is wet,
fire-pit stoves and a few blackened pots.
🔥
Drinking water is sourced from the river and brought in by buckets. They will receive Water Filters we distribute for Free donated by Vrienden voor Schoon Water Indonesië
💧
We will be returning to this and other areas this week, tomorrow etc, and will be bringing what we can with what little resources we have left, because they truly need it.

Donations are being requested from you Now.
www.thebridgeindonesia.org/donate
💪🕉
If the main gov't run camps are having delays in their* rice delivery and gas delivery, and the bigger Banjar camps are depending on shares from each others storage just to
make it from day to day; then these smaller camps, although in the system, are not* on the Public Radar, and are suffering.
